BUSINESS SUPPORT & FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR

We have a Business Support & Facilities Administrator position available for an individual to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and diligent person to join our business support team, assisting them with administration tasks including the maintenance of our CRM/database system and working closely with the managers to ensure that we are supporting the wider business in all administrative task. Responsibility for the facilities management and general upkeep of our business premises, ensuring all health & safety policies and procedures are adhered to and monitored, for a multi-site business. This includes Fire Safety and First Aid. You will be supported on this aspect of the role by our Operations Director.

To be suitable for the role you will ideally be proficient in Microsoft 365 suite including, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will need to be experienced in sending mail merges and using technology. You should be highly IT literate. You will need to be flexible and used to managing a varied workload.

You will also have experience of dealing with health and safety tasks, and facilities coordination and used to liaising with trades people and suppliers.

Hours are Full-Time Monday to Friday with an early finish on a Friday.
