Operations Manager

Nicole joined us in May 2018 having previously worked in the financial services industry for 12 years.

Over the years, Nicole has gained experience within people management, workflow management/capacity planning and risk management. Her key responsibilities at Condies are leading our team from a performance management perspective and managing the resource across all departments ensuring we continue to deliver excellent service to our clients.

Nicole works on a part time basis and due to our flexible working policy is able to balance her work life with her personal life enjoying spending quality time with her young family.
