After completing his CA training with a ‘Big 4’ firm and 2 years of corporate finance with a large Edinburgh firm, Jason joined Condies in 2011 and was appointed as a partner on 1 April 2014. In addition to ad hoc corporate finance assignments (projections, business plans, valuations, disposals and acquisitions), Jason’s primary focus is the health sector and in particular medical practices, GPs and locums. However he also advises owner-managed businesses from start-up to established companies and helps deliver the firm’s strategic planning offering.
