Operations Director

Lyn graduated from Heriot-Watt University in 1998 and began her ACCA training with an accountancy firm in Edinburgh; since then she has gained a wealth of experience dealing with small to medium-sized owner-managed businesses with Chartered Accountant firms in Edinburgh, Livingston and Hamilton.

Lyn joined the Condies team in 2018 as a client manager, in August 2019 Lyn was promoted to our Head of Operations role. She is dedicated to providing a first-class customer service to our clients and is involved in helping the partners with the day to day operational side of the business. She works closely with the senior team at Condies to deliver the outstanding service that our clients deserve.

As a mum of two, on her days off she can usually be found on the side lines of the football pitch in all weathers cheering on her lads. If she’s not there, she’ll be found singing with her local choir.
